I took a break in my profession for 5 years, and opted a crucial mother and home maker role, I enjoyed reading as my favorite pass time. So I know for women who remain at home encounter neuron noise for many reasons. In this scenario, getting involved into reading helps to cool down mental disturbances. Keeping ourselves engaged into reading and writing brings us joy, knowledge and huge amount of self-respect!!
